PYT OFFERING

A physical offering will be received on Thursday and will go to support the ministries below. You can also give electronically at any time by going to pcusa.org/donate/e052189-youth-triennium.

The 2025 Triennium Offering will be split evenly among 3 ministries:

1. Hope Buss- Louisville, KY: Local Support Recipient

2. Room at the Inn Nashville, TN: National Support Recipient

3. Presbyterian Youth Triennium Legacy Fund: Ministry Focused Support

The Hope Buss is a 501(c)(3) organization focused on empowering families and individuals to reimagine our community, by working alongside them to build HOPE-based infrastructure and create sustainable resources.

Room In The Inn provides hospitality with a respect that offers hope in a community of non-violence through the
power of spirituality and the practice of love.

Our mission action during Wednesday night Recreation “Conquer the Night/Living the Dream” will include assembling packets to share with both of these organizations.

Presbyterian Youth Triennium Legacy Fund helps secure the long term sustainability of the Triennium as well as offering scholarship subsidies.

TRIENNIUM CHOIR

Would you like to sing in our fantastic Triennium Choir? Simply show up to the three rehearsals:

Monday at 5:00 PM – Hall B

Tuesday at 5:00 PM – Hall B

Wednesday at 5:00 PM – Hall B

The choir will participate in worship on Wednesday evening and Thursday morning

ATTENTION ADULT ADVISORS

An Alternative Worship Environment for those with Sensory Sensitivities is located in the SOUTH OVERLOOK SUITE (Jefferson St. side Entrance, Upper Concourse. Elevator & stairs lead you up to the suite) Capacity is VERY limited (approx. 15 people).
Use as you need with discernment.

Softer Lighting | Lower Volume | Observation Viewing | Less-crowded space

Any Adult Advisors who needs assistance or guidance with participants who are neurodivergent or become anxious, overwhelmed, or over-stimulated (i.e. non-medical emergencies) can call or text the Care Team day or night Whitleigh Wilhelmi 214-364-8432

COMMUNION SERVERS

Ordained Elders of all ages are needed to help serve Communion during Wednesday evening worship. Anyone who is interested and available can join for a rehearsal at 3:30 PM on Wednesday in the South Hall B.
